A Exynos 7422 Soc chipset will debut on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 combined with the 4GB RAM.

New Delhi: Although Samsung is yet to officially announce its next Galaxy Note, the rumour mill has been abuzz with a lot of speculations and leaks surrounding the purported device.

Latest leaks about the next Galaxy Note, to be called Galaxy Note 5, indicate that the Samsung device will come with 4GB RAM.

Sammobile has learned from reliable sources that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will feature 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM which will come with a Exynos 7422 Soc processor. This chipset will debut on the purported device and will be Samsung’s first true single-chip solution (ePOP) combining an octa-core 64-bit CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and the Shannon 333 LTE modem in the same package.

Earlier leaks hint that the Galaxy Note 5 will sport a 5.67-inch Super AMOLED quad HD display and come with an S Pen. Akin to the recently announced Galaxy S6, it will feature a glass back and support wireless charging.

The Galaxy Note 5 is expected to be unveiled mid-August and will be offered in four colors, including black, gold, silver, and white.
