Ankita Lokhande is once again in the news for her pregnancy rumours, thanks to a recent hilarious promo of the Laughter Chefs. In the new teaser, the Pavitra Rishta actress is shown chatting with her husband, businessman Vicky Jain, about her muscle cramps. However, things take a humourous turn when guest star Munawar Faruqui and fellow contestant Aly Goni claim that Ankita is expecting a baby. The announcement makes everyone happy, as other stars like Arjun Bijlani, Bharti Singh, Reem Shaikh, Nia Sharma, Krushna Abhishek and Karan Kundrra are seen joining the fun by dancing and celebrating. Amid all the excitement, Krushna adds his own humourous twist, leaving everyone in stitches.

In the promo, when Vicky notices Ankita in distress and asks if she’s okay, the actress says, “Nass chad gayi hai. (I got muscle cramps).” As other participants gather around to comfort her, Munawar jokingly announces, “Chakkar akey gir gaye, khush khabri hai (You feel dizzy and fainted, it’s good news),” while Aly teases her and asks, “Pair bhari ho gaya (Your legs feel heavy)?” This leads to everyone celebrating the alleged good news. However, Krushna adds, “Vicky bol raha tha little little, ye woh little little nahi ye little little hai. (Vicky was talking about something small (drinking), but this isn’t that small, he was hinting about the little one).”

Sharing the Laughter Chefs promo on Instagram, the channel wrote, “Ankita ko dekh kar udd gaye sab ke fuse, kya woh dene waali hai koi good news? (Seeing Ankita, everyone was shocked. Is she about to share some good news?)

Ankita Lokhande has been in the spotlight before due to pregnancy rumours. In a previous episode of Laughter Chefs, she sparked speculation when she created a baby figure on a cake. On the other hand, Aly Goni often jokes with her about the baby, but Ankita has always dismissed his comments. Before the show, Ankita celebrated Mother’s Day by wishing for herself, which left many fans puzzled about her intentions.

Speaking about the ongoing reality show, the actress in an interview with ETimes had said, “We are having a great time on the show. Bahut Accha experience hai, mazaa aa raha hai. I think before we leave the show, we will learn to cook a lot of dishes. We are very happy. My mom used to always say that whenever you cook something it has taste. Aaj pata chal raha hai woh hai.”

Laughter Chefs, which features Bharti Singh as host and chef Harpal Singh Sokhi as judge, comes to an end this week to pave the way for Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 18.
