Pyaar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatni is one of the widely-watched Hindi television shows. Starring Fahmaan Khan and Kritika Singh Yadav in lead roles, the soap opera has been entertaining viewers since its inception on November 28 last year. With a grappling storyline, unexpected twists, and stellar performances by the cast, Dharampatni enjoys a good TRP rating. But now, the time has come to bid adieu to our favourite characters of the serial. After an almost 1-year tenure, Dharmpatnii will be going off air. In fact, it seems like the last date of airing of the final episode has also been confirmed.
According to a report by India Forums, Dharampatni’s final episode will be telecasted on Colors TV on September 29. It is also reported that the makers have planned to implement a fitting conclusion to the much-loved serial. However, the makers have yet to make an official announcement. The Hindi serial was previously scheduled to draw its curtains several months ago. But much to the excitement of the show’s cast and fans, the decision was later changed with Dharampatni getting an extension for a few more months.
Pyaar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatnii revolves around Ravi Randhawa (Fahmaan Khan) — an angry young man who falls in love with Keerti Sachdev (Gurpreet Bedi). However, Ravi is left heartbroken when Keerti dies in an accident. He finds out that Pratiksha Parekh (Kritika Singh Yadav) was responsible for Keerti’s death. Ravi decides to marry Pratiksha for revenge. But he soon develops a change of heart, and the two come closer. Problems arise in their marital life with the appearance of Ravi’s female best friend Kavya Sachdev (Aditi Shetty). The present storyline centres around Kavya joining hands with Malhar Thakur (Akash Jagga) to become a part of Ravi’s life.
Earlier, in a now-disappeared Instagram post, Fahmaan Khan announced that he was “signing off” from his character Ravi Randhawa. He shared some snippets from the last day at the sets where the serial shoot was taking place. He gave fans a sneak peek into the makeup room as well, dropping a selfie. “Signing off Dharampatnii. Ravi Randhawa,” Fahmaan captioned his post.
Fahmaan Khan is a prominent face in the telly world. He has won hearts with his performance in serials like Imlie and Ishq Mein Marjavan among others. The actor also featured in some music videos including Beirada and Yaad Naa Aana. Meanwhile, Kritika Singh Yadav made her debut as an actress with Dharampatni.
