Nausheen Ali Sardar, renowned for her debut in Kkusum, is currently facing a difficult time in her life. The 42-year-old actress has recently lost her brother, the eldest of five siblings. He passed away due to a cardiac arrest. Tragically, Nausheen was unaware of her loss until four hours after finishing her shoot.
Nausheen’s brother, 48, breathed his last on September 16, the same day when her current show, Vasudha, began premiering. A unit member who is close to the actress revealed that she could not learn the heartbreaking news due to “no mobile polity” on the sets of her show.
Undoubtedly, when the 42-year-old, who was very close to her brother, learned about the incident, she was devastated. Nausheen immediately rushed home and has also been taking care of her mother and sister-in-law. Despite this unfortunate tragedy, she maintained professionalism and returned to the shoot the next day. “Nausheen was devastated when she found out about her brother’s passing. She immediately rushed home. She has been very close to her siblings, and it will take time for her to process the loss. Right now, she is also taking care of her mother and sister-in-law, who are deeply affected by this tragedy,” the source added.
After working in her debut show, Nausheen was also seen in Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon starrer Barsatein-Mausam Pyaar Ka. Presently, she plays the role of Chandrika Singh Chauhan in the television drama Vasudha.
Earlier, Nausheen talked about her excitement about joining the cast of Vasudha. “I’m thrilled to be part of this show because, after a long time, I’m playing a character completely different from anything I’ve done before. My role, Chandrika Singh Chauhan, is the head of the household, and the story focuses on how this strong, independent woman’s life intersects with that of a young, innocent girl,” she said.
“What drew me to the project was both the story and the character, as well as producer Arvind Babbal, who is incredibly creative and humble with his team. I was touched by how Babbalji worked with his team, teaching and guiding them with dedication. He’s as hardworking as anyone on set, and I’m enjoying the process of working with such a creative team. Even though I’ve been in the industry for two decades, I’m very selective about the roles I take on. I don’t just choose projects to keep things going. I do it because of my passion for the craft, and I hope my role in Vasudha resonates with the audience,” she continued.
