Bigg Boss OTT 2 star Elvish Yadav joined Shehnaaz Gill’s popular talk show Desi Vibes with Shehnaaz Gill.Elvish and Shehnaaz’s connection is undeniable, rooted in their unique experiences on different platforms and seasons of the reality show. During their chat, the two stars delved into the various aspects of Elvish’s career and his ambitious goals for the years ahead. The actress also offers her insights into what it truly means to be an actor.
Shehnaaz went on to convey her belief that as Elvish progresses in his career, the producers may urge him to explore more facets of romantic acting. Nevertheless, Elvish interrupted, asserting that he wouldn’t go beyond what he had already done in his previous video. This exchange sparked Shehnaaz to share her perspective on what it truly means to be an actor. She emphasized that actors often have to make sacrifices and adapt to the script’s demands, even if it entails portraying elements of their personal lives differently.
Shehnaaz said, “Haan, toh aap actor nahi ban sakte kyunki actor ko sacrifice karna padta hain. Jaise aap apni personal life dikha rahe ho na (because of vlogging), actor ko acting karke jo usko professionally milta hain, usko wo karna hi padta hain according to the script, jo script mang rahi hain. (Yes, so you can’t become an actor because it means you have to make sacrifices. Just like you’re showing your personal life (through vlogging), actors have to do what they professionally get from acting, according to the script’s demands)”.

Furthermore, Shehnaaz playfully asked Elvish if he enjoyed the experience of romance on-screen. Elvish responded with humour, saying, “Mazaa nahi aaya, ye koi galat cheez thodii na kar rahe hain (I didn’t enjoy it; I didn’t do anything wrong).” To which his manager, seated nearby, said, “It starts from the first time itself, just like the first time.” However, Elvish said, Par mera scale vahi hain, matlab jaise hota hain na, kitna aage jaa sakte ho, mera vahi haat faat pakadna, kamar pakadna, utna hi, ussey agey kuch nahi (But my scale will remain the same, as far as it goes, I am comfortable holding hands, waist, that’s it, not beyond that).”
Workwise, Shehnaaz Gill is all set to grace the screen in Karan Boolani’s upcoming film Thank You For Coming alongside Bhumi Pednekar, Kusha Kapila, Dolly Ahluwalia, and Shibani Bedi. Meanwhile, Elvish Yadav was most recently seen in Yasser Desai’s music video Hum Toh Deewane.
