The twist lies in the fact that none of the traditional classics is featured within the Pav; instead, it hosts a slice of Kulfi—an item usually savored on a stick, leaf, or plate. However, thanks to the trend of tossing everything into anything, we now have this buttery, salty-sweet combo that may not be on everyone’s gastronomic bucket list.
