Reports suggest that the daughter-in-law alleges that her mother-in-law applies all her makeup items. Her husband supports his mother.

The woman said that when she confronted the issue first in front of the family, her mother-in-law and husband protested. Later, they beat her and threw her out of the house. Two sisters, residents of the Malpura police station area, were married eight months ago to two brothers living in Fatehabad. She further said that her mother-in-law got angry when she was forbidden from applying expensive cream powder while she was at home. That’s when the ruckus started. Her husband and mother-in-law beat her up. The victim said that for the last two months she has been staying at her parental house.

After the first hearing, counsellor Dr Amit Gaur said that efforts were made to convince both parties. But the matter could not be resolved. Now both people have been given the next date to solve the issue.
