Robots are probably one of the finest scientific innovations created over the years by scientists. You name any task and these autonomous machines can do that at lightning speed. A video has surfaced on Instagram that shows one such robot kneading the dough extremely fast.
The video starts with the machine kneading the dough properly from all the corners. As the clip proceeds, the robot keeps completing this process without pausing even for a second. This is in stark contrast to many humans who have to put in a lot of effort to knead the dough and do it smoothly. Even the co-workers in the kitchen are flummoxed to watch the robot completing the task at hand at such a pace, one of them is seen running out of the kitchen. This clip has gone viral on social media and has garnered over 100 million views.

Social media users came up with many interesting reactions to this clip. One of them asked, “Did you wash your metal before touching food?" It is quite similar to the question that many people ask their fellow beings, i.e. “Did you wash your hands before touching food?" Another commented that the bread will be missing one key ingredient that no technology can replace." However, few people pointed out that this is not a real clip and instead, it’s just a bad edit. Some also expressed anguish over how robots are taking up the jobs.
In a similar instance, a video of a humanoid robot named Atlas performing all the human tasks went viral on social media. An American engineering and robotics company named Boston Dynamics unveiled its prototype on YouTube. The description of the video reads, "It’s time for Atlas to pick up a new set of skills and get hands-on. In this video, the humanoid robot manipulates the world around it: Atlas interacts with objects and modifies the course to reach its goal-pushing the limits of locomotion, sensing, and athleticism."
The clip highlights the Atlas robot’s stunning agility and dexterity, as it assists a worker at a makeshift construction site. It has garnered more than 9 million views.
