Charlotte Flair shared a video of herself where she can be seen doing some exercises at the gym. Charlotte could be seen shutting her eyes in pain as she trained. Speaking about her recovery, she further said, “I needed to be in the 40 per cent or less deficit for strength compared to my non-surgical leg. I had 20 per cent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements, I was stronger in my surgical leg.” Charlotte also talked about how much she missed her fans and wanted to get back to wrestling as soon as she was fit. “I miss you guys and can’t wait to lace my boots again!” she concluded.

Charlotte Flair’s injury dates back to the December 8 episode of SmackDown. Competing against the Empress Asuka on the night, Charlotte tumbled down on the floor during her match. She landed awkwardly on her leg which resulted in a torn ACL, a torn MCL and a torn meniscus. It was later reported by PWInsider.com that Charlotte’s injury led to the star returning to her home in Florida.
The last couple of years have not been memorable for Charlotte Flair. Her knee injury last year was the third time the wrestling star left the company on a break due to fitness issues. She missed over seven months of action in 2022 followed by another two-month hiatus towards the year’s end. Last year, Charlotte took another break following a loss to Rhea Ripley at the WrestleMania 39.
