Air India, India’s top airline, is joining hands with IBS Software to upgrade its air cargo operations.
IBS Software’s iCargo solution will help Air India manage everything from sales to billing on one platform, making operations smoother and decisions smarter. This partnership is a key step in Air India’s overall digital makeover across all its services.

The first phase of the iCargo implementation will be ready in nine months, promising quick benefits. Later phases will add more advanced features, aiming to help Air India handle ten million tonnes of air cargo annually by 2030.
