The Model 3 will be an all-electric car with two battery pack options – a 55kWh and a 70 kWh pack. Musk has confirmed that the car will go 0-100 kmph in just 5.7 seconds and can run 350 kms in a single charge.
That’s roughly Rs 25 Lakhs in India, a segment where the Toyota Prius sits. It will be an interesting thing to watch if Tesla do come to India and manages to keep the price in the said bracket.
