Attention food enthusiasts! A new culinary experiment is here to leave you baffled. This time the subject of this experiment is everyone’s beloved South Indian delicacy, the dosa. A recent viral sensation shows the dosa getting a bizarre makeover with a touch of bananas and chocolate.
The viral clip begins with a street vendor pouring a dosa batter on a sizzling tawa. Once spread evenly, he adds dollops of coconut chutney and stirs it with a spatula. Now, the unexpected begins to shape up as he sprinkles some chocolate chunks and cheese over the batter. The next part of the video shows the vendor peeling a couple of bananas and then arranging them atop the chocolate-coated batter. He then uses the spatula and slices the fruit into small pieces. After thoroughly mixing, he rolls the dosa and cuts it into smaller parts. Plating up, he drizzles chocolate syrup and tops it with some cherries. This bizarre creation is ready to be enjoyed.
Sharing the video on Instagram, popular food vlogger Sukrit Jain in the caption, wrote, “Dosa ka ye experiment aap try karoge ?! (Would you try this experiment with dosa?).”
