Almost all car making companies are on a launching spree since the beginning of 2021. Korean carmaker Hyundai, is no different. The brand has been working on its three row seater car for quite a while now. The four wheeler which will be called the Alcazar will be a mid-size SUV, sitting above the Creta in the lineup. If reports are to be believed the vehicle will hit the Indian market in mid-2021 itself.

Recently, GaadiWaadi was able to get access to the spy shots of the upcoming car. From the video that has been accessed by the portal, one can see that the SUV has got diamond-cut alloy wheels, dual-tip exhausts and wraparound tail lamps. The headlamps of this car look quite similar to the ones that company’s other offering Creta has. A couple of weeks ago, different spy shots of Alcazar gave rise to speculations around the dual-tone captain seats in the middle row. Apart from that the spied car also had a unique floor-mounted central armrest with cupholders and a wireless charger.

Further, if the grapevine is to be believed, then there are chances that the Alcazar, could be a home to a unique radiator grille. As of now the launch timeline and the exact price of the vehicle are not known. But, what we know is that the car will be launched with both six- and seven-seat configurations. The car will most likely be offered with three engine options. The user can choose between, 1.5-litre NA petrol engine, 1.5-litre diesel engine, and 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine.
