It is a known fact that the people living in Bengaluru have led a very hectic life in the urban landscape for several years now. Due to the notorious traffic and expensive lifestyle amid the increasingly hard life of people, people hardly find time for anything else out of their professional lives. The sad reality was recently witnessed in a viral video where a woman riding on a bike was seen working on her laptop as she seemingly travelled to her office. She sat behind the man who drove her to work, while continuously working in the backseat. The video instantly went viral and got the internet talking.

Shared on Reddit by a user, the caption of the video message reads “Only in Bangalore”, while it also had a message on it that reads, “Tell me you are in Bangalore, without telling me you are in Bangalore.”

Social media users were also quick to react to the video calling it a “peak Bengaluru thing”. Some also expressed concerns over the video calling the act immature and dangerous for the riders.

A user wrote, “That’s just so dumb….”, while another wrote, “Aren’t we allowed to work in peace.”

Notably, this is not the first time that such a video has gone viral. Another similar video surfaced on the internet showing a woman riding a bike and working on her laptop as she got stuck in the Bangalore traffic. The video of the woman once again triggered a debate on work culture in the tech hub.

Social media users took to the comment section and shared multiple reactions. While one wrote, “Employee of the year award”, another stated, “PeakBangaluru liking such a pathetic environment shows the low of Bangalore tech bois.”

A woman while sharing the struggles with Bengaluru traffic wrote, “With the amount of angst for Bangalore traffic, I thought people would have relocated to other places in India by now. We Kannadigas /Bengaluru natives feel the difference much more than everyone else to be honest.”
