Six persons were convicted on Wednesday for possessing and circulating fake Indian Currency notes in May 2009.

Mumbai: A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court on Thursday will pronounce the quantum of sentence in the 2009 fake currency case.

Six persons were convicted on Wednesday for possessing and circulating fake Indian Currency notes in May 2009.

They have been convicted under Section 16 and 18 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Section 489 of IPC.
