New Delhi: Faced with the daunting task of controlling spiraling prices, the government will be setting up a high-powered committee to monitor the situation.
Sources tell CNN-IBN that the committee is likely to be set up within the next two days. Either a cabinet or agriculture secretary would most likely head it.
The committee's task would be to monitor prices of all commodities on a day-to-day basis.
