India Shelter Finance IPO: Shares of affordable housing finance company India Shelter Finance Corporation on Wednesday got listed on bourses with up to 25.76 per cent gains. On the NSE, its shares were listed at Rs 620 per equity share, which was about 25.76 per cent higher than the issue price of Rs 493.
The IPO, which was open for public subscription between December 13 and December 15, received 36.62 times subscription on the last day of offer. The initial share sale got bids for 65,59,44,390 shares against 1,79,10,449 shares on offer.
On the BSE, India Shelter Finance Corporation got listed at Rs 612 per share, which was about 24.13 per cent higher as compared with the issue price of Rs 493 per share.
