If you have cleared the JEE Main exam and want to join the Indian Navy without being admitted to IIT or NIT, then there is a good opportunity for you. The Indian Navy has announced vacancies for unmarried men and women in executive and technical fields under the 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme. Who can apply to the Indian Navy?
Candidates applying for these posts should have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and a minimum of 50% marks in English from a recognized school. Also, the candidate must have appeared in JEE (Main) – 2024.
The candidates applying for these posts in the Indian Navy will be shortlisted based on their JEE (Main) – 2024 rank. The shortlisted candidates will be informed about the SSB interview through email and SMS. This SSB interview will be held in Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata or Visakhapatnam from September 2024. Candidates need to download their call-up letters and cannot apply for a change of SSB centre.
