The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the Class 11 results 2024 today, July 14. Students who appeared for the Class 11 board exams this year can check and download their scorecards from the official website at jkbose.nic.in. A total of 72 per cent of the students who took the exam passed.

To pass the JKBOSE Class 11 exams 2024, students must score a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject and a 30 per cent aggregate in the theory exam. In addition, students must obtain at least 40 per cent marks in practical exams.

According to media reports, over 12 lakh students took the exam of which more than 8 lakh passed. Girls outperformed boys as 75 per cent of girls and 69 per cent of boys successfully qualified for the exam. 32163 students received distinction while 31174 have to re-appear for the exam. The Lt. Governor of Jammu and Kashmir congratulated all the students.

How to check the JKBOSE Class 11 result 2024?

Step 1: Navigate to the official website of the board at jkbose.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the JKBOSE Class 11 result link and click on it.

Step 3: Enter your login credentials — Roll Number, Date of birth, and other details.

Step 4: The results will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the scorecard and take a printout of it for future reference.

Students must cross-check all the details on the results including the spelling of their name, their registration number, date of birth, subjects, total marks and remarks. Incase of any discrepancies, report to the authorities immediately.

This year, the JKBOSE Class 11 board exam 2024 for soft zones was held between April 22 and May 26 for all three streams and from April 2 to May 1 in hard zone areas.
