The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) Maharashtra will commence the MAH LLB 5 Years CET 2024 application process today, January 18. The online MAH-LL.B 5-Year CET 2024 examination is scheduled to take place on May 5, 2024. MAH-LL.B. 5-Year CET-2024 will be conducted in selected cities in Maharashtra and Outside Maharashtra State, providing accessibility to candidates from diverse regions.

MAH CET 2024 LLB: Application fee
Applicants falling under the Open Category, as well as EWS Candidates from Maharashtra State, Out-of-State (OMS)/All India Candidates across all Categories, and J&K Migrant Candidates, will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 1000.
For candidates belonging to backward class categories (SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT (A), NT-1 (B), NT-2(C), NT-3(D), OBC, and SBC) within Maharashtra State, possessing valid caste certificates and Non-Creamy Layer Certificates (valid until March 31, 2025 for DT-VJ, NT1, 2,3, OBC & SBC Candidates), the CET fee is Rs 800. Orphan & Transgender candidates will also fall under the Rs 800 fee category.
MAH CET 2024 LLB: Examination Pattern
The examination pattern for MAHCET 2024 LLB 5-year includes no negative marking. The duration of the examination is set at 2 hours. The question paper will be presented in both English and Marathi languages, allowing candidates to choose their preferred medium. As per the official notice, the calculation of Aggregate Marks considers the Grand Total of Marks obtained by the candidate at the Certificate/ Diploma level. For candidates with Grades/ GP/ CGPA, the conversion to percentage is based on the certified formula/ procedure from the respective Board/ University/ Institution. The percentage of marks is rounded off to two decimal places, and specific rounding rules apply based on the category of candidates.
