Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 Counselling Round 1 Registration Deadline Extended To October 16
The application fee portal for Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 counselling round 1 registration will remain active until October 17, 2024. 

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has extended the deadline for registration for Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 counselling round 1. Interested and eligible candidates now apply for Maharashtra NEET PG round 1 counselling 2024 until October 16 on the official website- medical2024.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2024/.

“The online registration for admission to postgraduate medical courses was completed on 06/10/2024. This office received requests from candidates regarding extension for registration. Hence, considering the academic interest of the candidates the State CET Cell has decided to extend online registration,” stated the official notification.

According to the new schedule, candidates will be able to apply for Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 counselling round 1 until October 16 and the portal to pay the application fee will remain active until October 17, 2024. Candidates are required to upload all essential coloured scanned original documents in PDF format after successful payment by October 17.

Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Application Fee

Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 3,000 to apply for the Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 counselling round 1. Those who are applying for government medical colleges without constitutional reservation will have to deposit a refundable security fee of Rs 25,000 and those applying through quota will have to pay Rs 12,500. On the other hand, all candidates applying for both government and private medical colleges will have to deposit Rs 1 lakh.

Maharashtra CET Cell is conducting the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling process for admission to various Postgraduate Medical Courses for the academic session 2024-25, which will include — All India 50 % quota seats for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses, State Quota seats for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses in government/ corporation and government aided medical colleges situated in the state of Maharashtra. MD/MS/PG Diploma courses seats at all unaided private and minority medical colleges/institutions situated in the State of Maharashtra.
