The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has announced the Group 1 prelims 2024 results today, July 7. Candidates who have taken in the Group 1 examination can check the results on the official website of TSPSC at tspsc.gov.in. The preliminary exams were held on June 9 in 897 Centres across 31 districts of Telangana. It took place in a single shift from 10.30 AM to 1 PM.
A total of 4,03,667 candidates applied for the exam and admit cards were issued for 4,03,645 candidates. Out of these, 3,02,172 candidates appeared for the examination, resulting in an attendance rate of 74.86 per cent. The OMR answer sheets were available for download from individual logins starting June 24.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 563 posts in the organisation. This includes Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Audit Officer, Deputy Collector, Municipal Commissioner, District Registrar, Assistant Treasury Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer, and several other Group 1 posts within the states.

Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results by following these steps:
Step 1. Open the official website of TSPSC — tspsc.gov.in.
Step 2. Click on the link that reads, “TSPSC Group 1 Result 2024.”
Step 3. Now, fill in your login details and then click on submit.
Step 4. Your result will appear on the screen.
Step 5. Download the result page and keep a printout of the same for your future records.
TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Result 2024: What’s Next?
The merit list for TSPSC Group 1 Prelims is based on candidates’ performance in the preliminary examination and the reservation criteria set by the TSPSC. Only those whose prelims score meets the minimum requirement will proceed to the next stage of the selection process.
Candidates who pass the prelims examination will qualify to appear for the main examination that will be conducted from October 21. The main exam will consist of seven descriptive papers. The commission may opt to conduct the main examination either digitally or with conventional hard-copy question papers.
