New Delhi: English Premier League club Liverpool are following up the signing of striker Fernando Torres by providing him with support in the form of two new recruits Ryan Babel and Yossi Benayoun.
Strikers Andriy Voronin has also joined the club.
The now former Ajax player and the Netherlands forward, Ryan Babel cost Liverpool 17 million Euros, while Israeli international Yossi Benayoun comes from West Ham for 7.3 million Euros on a four-year deal.
Torres, Babel and Benayoun are likely to have their first matches on the club's pre-season tour of Switzerland.
Babel will wear the No. 19 shirt and Torres will get the No. 9 shirt worn by Liverpool greats Ian Rush and Robbie Fowler.
Coach Rafael Banitez may not be done yet as he has believed to be keen on bringing in Argentine defender Gabriel Heinze and Irish international Steve Finnan.
