- You can't change your display name in-game. It must be done in a web browser.
- Log into the MultiVersus website. Click your profile → "Account settings" → pencil icon. Enter a unique username, then click "Update".
- You can change your username once every 30 days.
Log into the MultiVersus web page in your browser. You can use Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or another browser. Use the same information associated with your MultiVersus account. You must have your WB Games account email-verified. This method will change your display name for PC and consoles.
Click your profile in the top-right corner. A drop-down menu will open.
Click Account settings. Your Account Information page will open.
Click the pencil icon next to "Display Name". You'll see your current display name. A new window will open. You can only change your display name once every 30 days.
Enter a new name. This name must be unique to you; if it's already taken, you'll need to enter another name.
Click Update. When you see Success, your display name request has been processed. It may take some time for this change to reflect. If your display name remains the same, restart your PlayStation or Xbox. If you are a console player, you'll still see your gamer tag in the top-left corner of the MultiVerse menu. However, your display name will be shown in your WB Friends menu and to cross-platform users.
