It will be copied to your PS4. Once your PS4 is jailbroken, you don't need to use the USB drive, even if you need to run the exploit again.

Configure the internet connection on your PS4. Use the following steps to configure the internet connection on your PS4: Open the Settings menu. Select Network. Check "Connect to the Internet." You should see it display text in the PPPwn GUI window. When it is done, you should see a "PPPwned" notification on your PS4 and a notification that GoldHEN is loaded. When you see a notification that the payload was delivered successfully, your PS4 is successfully jailbroken. This may not work perfectly the first time. If it fails to load the exploit, simply try again. Make sure the stage2 exploit is loaded in PPPwn GUI and your PS4 is connected to your PC via an ethernet cable. Run the exploit and test your connection on the PS4 to try again. It may take several tries before it is successful. Occasionally, this may crash your PS4. If this happens, just reboot your PS4 and try again. If your PS4 fails to obtain an IP address, open the Windows Start menu and type "ncpa.cpl" and select this file to open the Control Panel. Hold Ctrl and select your Wi-Fi and Ethernet adapters. Right-click one of the two adapters and click Bridge Connection. Once the payload is successfully delivered and your PS4 is jailbroken, you can set up a regular internet connection on your PS4.
