How to Cancel Netflix on iTunes on iPhone or iPad

Canceling in iTunes

Open your iPhone or iPad’s Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. This app is usually located on the home screen. Use this method if your Netflix subscription is billed to your Apple/iTunes account.

Tap iTunes & App Store. It’s a blue icon containing a white ″A.″

Tap your Apple ID. It’s at the top of the menu.

Tap View Apple ID. It’s the first option.

Enter your passcode or use Touch ID.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap Netflix. Some details about your subscription will appear. If you don’t see your Netflix subscription, you are not subscribed to the service with this Apple ID. Sign in with a different Apple ID or cancel in the Netflix app.

Tap Cancel Subscription. It’s the red text at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Confirm. Once canceled, your Netflix subscription will remain active until the final date of the current billing cycle.

Canceling in the Netflix App

Open Netflix on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the black icon with a red ″N″ inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen. Use this method if you signed up for Netflix at Netflix.com.

Tap the ≡. It’s at the top of the screen.

Tap Account.

Tap Cancel Streaming Plan. This option may be called Cancel Membership on some phones or tablets.

Tap Finish Cancellation. This cancels your Netflix membership. You can continue using your account until the final day of the billing cycle.
