Contact Spectrum at (833) 267-6094. Even though you can start a conversation with Customer Support using the website or mobile My Spectrum app, you need to call to completely cancel your service. Make sure you have information like your account number and reason for canceling ready. If you're canceling because you're not getting a steady Internet connection, here are ways to fix it. You can also cancel your service at a Spectrum store.

Return any Spectrum equipment. Things like rented modems and routers should be returned or you'll be charged a fee. You have options to return the equipment! Here are all the ways that you can return everything to Spectrum: Bring Spectrum's devices to a Spectrum store. You'll want to use this option if there's a Spectrum store close to you. Go to UPS and tell them that you're returning equipment to Spectrum. In that case, UPS will package it and ship it back to Spectrum for free! This is the best choice if there aren't any Spectrum stores in your area, but there are UPS stores. Request a Home Shipment Return Kit. You can get one from contacting Spectrum. The kit comes with bubble wrap and a return label, so all you have to do is put the devices in the box and drop it off with FedEx or a dropoff box. Request Home Pickup. Some disabled Spectrum customers can have Spectrum come to their house and get the equipment. To schedule a pickup, call (833) 267-6094.

Can I return an Apple TV to Spectrum? You have 14 days from the date of purchasing the Apple TV to return it. It must be returned in the original packaging and be in the same condition in which you purchased it. If you removed the shrinkwrap from the Apple TV, you cannot refund it and must return it via a UPS store.

Do I get a refund if I cancel Spectrum Internet? Only if you cancel in the first 30 days of signing up. If you're outside the 30-day window, you won't get a refund for the rest of the billing cycle. To avoid paying an entire extra billing cycle than you need, cancel the service before the payment is due!

Does Spectrum Internet have a cancellation fee? No. You can cancel your Internet plan at any time.

Can you pause Spectrum Internet? Yes! If you're in an area part-time and don't need Spectrum Internet active all year long, you can put our service on hold by calling (833) 267-6094.
