'Hyderabad Will Become India's Cinema Capital': Nagarjuna
Reportedly, Nagarjuna was impressed by the latest technology related to the fields of cinematography, VFX and special effects that were introduced at the event.

Nagarjuna Akkineni is one of the biggest actors in the Telugu film industry. He has had an illustrious career and has been a part of some of the biggest films. The actor enjoys a massive fan following among the audience. Recently, he has been creating a lot of buzz on social media as the actor hosts the popular reality TV show, Bigg Boss Telugu 7. Apart from that, he is also attending a lot of events.

Recently, he was spotted at the Cinematic Expo event held in Hyderabad. Now, one of his statements about Hyderabad is getting all the limelight. The Cinematic Expo event was organised by India Joy and Flying Mountain Concepts. Reportedly, Nagarjuna was impressed by the latest technology related to the fields of cinematography, production design, VFX and special effects that were introduced at the event. He said that he feels proud of all the development in the cinema field and is sure that Hyderabad will one day become the cinema capital of the country.

Nagarjuna added, “The eyes of the nation are on Telugu cinema and we have even won an Oscar, which shows how far Telugu cinema has gone. When we started Annapurna Studio in 1974, we did not have such facilities for technology, and now with Cinematic Expo becoming a dias to introduce the latest cutting-edge technology in 24 crafts of cinema, I am sure that Hyderabad will be India’s cinema capital in the days to come.”

The Cinematic Expo event was also attended by popular director Nag Ashwin. Talking about the development in technical fields of the film industry in Hyderabad, he revealed that he used to go to VFX offices with his stories, but all of them rejected him. Now, he is making Kalki 2898 AD with the Hollywood company, but seeing the development here, he is sure that his next will be made here in Hyderabad.

On the work front, Nagarjuna was last seen in The Ghost. The film was directed by Praveen Sattaru and also starred Sonal Chauhan in the lead role. The film failed to leave an impact on the audience. He was also seen in an important role in Brahmastra: Part One. The actor is all set to star in his 99th film, which is titled Naa Saami Ranga.
