Super Star Krishna's last film titled Krishna Vijayam is directed by Madhusudhan Havaldar.

The final cinematic offering from the late Indian actor, film director, and producer Krishna, titled Krishna Vijayam, is poised for a theatrical release. Produced under the Ambuja Movies banner and directed by Madhusudhan Havaldar, the film’s censorship formalities are reportedly nearing completion. A grand pre-release event recently took place at Prasad Lab in Hyderabad, attended by key figures in the film industry.

Veteran filmmaker Muppalaneni Shiva, Sanjeev Kumar Megoti, producer-director Lion Sai Venkat, and others graced the event, along with producers SV Shobarani, JV Mohan Goud, Gidugu Kranthi Krishna, and All India Krishna-Mahesh Sena President Khadhar Gori. Padmalaya Sharma also attended the event.

Before the commencement of the event, the movie was exclusively screened for Krishna and Mahesh Babu’s fans, earning appreciation from the select audience. Director Madhusudhan Havaldar expressed his gratitude, stating, “I feel it’s my fortune that I got to wield the megaphone for the legend’s film. Sree Lekha has composed excellent tunes. I also thank Bhaskar Bhatla Garu for penning all the songs in my movie.”

As part of the celebration, a success cake was cut to commemorate the remarkable success of Mahesh Babu-starrer Guntur Ksaram. The upcoming movie, Krishna Vijayam, features an ensemble cast, including Naga Babu, Suhasini, Ali, Yashwanth, Surya, and Geetha Singh in pivotal roles.

For those unfamiliar with Krishna’s illustrious career, spanning over five decades, he appeared in more than 350 films. Making his debut in 1965 with Thene Manasulu, directed by Adurthi Subba Rao, Krishna gained significant recognition with his third film, Gudachari 116. Throughout his career, he delivered successful performances in films like Mosagallaku Mosagadu, Pandanti Kapuram, Devudu Chesina Manushulu, Alluri Seetarama Raju, Manchi Kutumbam, Ram Robert Rahim, Mundadugu, and Simhasanam, among others.

In addition to his acting prowess, Krishna established the production house Padmalaya Studios in 1970, directed 16 films, and produced several others. He passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving behind a legacy of remarkable contributions to Indian cinema.
