2-year-old abducted from Villianur temple

PUDUCHERRY: A two-year-old child was abducted from the Thirukameswarar temple at Villianur on Monday.  Bhuvanesh(2) was taken to the temple by his father Ramesh, who wanted to fix an auspicious date for the celebration of his sister-in-law’s pregnancy (Valaikappu) by discussing dates with the temple priest.He left the child playing in the backyard, while he was speaking with the priest. There was also a woman who was playing with the child. However, after finishing his work, when he wanted to return home, he found the child missing. He searched the entire temple but the child and the woman were not to be found. After lot of search and enquiries , he lodged a complaint with police. Police registered a case and are investigating.
