THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Students can submit options to the ayurveda colleges also during the fourth phase of allotment to professional degree courses 2011 which will commence on September 14.Until this phase, no allotments were made to ayurveda colleges following the delay in getting approval from the Central Council of Ayurveda. The allotment to 75 private self-financing engineering colleges will come to an end with the fourth phase. The allotment to the self-financing dental colleges is also being held for the first time during this allotment. This follows the agreement reached between self-financing dental colleges and the government. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has also included 10 new self-financing engineering colleges and new courses in eight self-financing engineering colleges in this phase.Candidates allotted in any of the 75 private self-financing engineering colleges as per the fourth allotment should compulsorily take admissions in any of these colleges. If they do not take admission, they are liable to be penalised as per clause 12.2.4(c) of Prospectus 2011. The allotment to engineering courses will be subject to the result of the cases pending before the High Court.The allotment to ayurveda colleges are also subject to the final orders of the High Court in the case regarding permission for admission in these colleges. Provisions will be given for re-arrangement/ registration of new options from September 14 to 16 during this phase. Based on the options registered till 5 pm on September 16, the fourth  allotment list will be published on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. on September 18.  Those candidates who receive allotment should remit the fees/additional fees/ deposit at designated branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) on September 19, 20 or 22, to accept the allotment. The list of SBT branches is available on www.cee-kerala.org. Those candidates who remit the fees can report for admission in the respective colleges on September 19,20 and 22.  Immediately after the fourth phase allotment, there will be an allotment to MBBS/BDS courses on September 23. Candidates who receive new allotment /college based on the fifth allotment should join the colleges on September 24 and 25. The college office of all government and self- financing medical/dental colleges will remain open on September 25, Sunday, in order to facilitate admission of allotted candidates.
