Accused no. 48 Mohiuddin Abdul Kadar Cheruvattam and accused No. 80 Ismail Abbas Patel both not guilty.

Mumbai: The designated TADA court hearing the 1993 Mumbai blasts case on Tuesday acquitted two accused but held three others guilty of offences under Customs Act.

However, they were acquitted under TADA as the court held that they had no knowledge that the consignment was that of RDX and arms.

With the conviction of Bhoinkar, Abbas and Shahjahan, total number of accused found guilty has risen to 35.
