New Delhi: In a big relief to businessman Kalanithi Maran, the Supreme Court on Monday directed Enforcement Directorate official not to precipitate matter with regard to properties of Sun TV Network Ltd.
The ED has attached Sun TV properties with regard to investigation in Aircel-Maxis deal.
The apex court has posted the matter for further hearing on July 25.
