'Annabelle' tweet review : The film has some chilling moments, but doesn't offer anything we haven't seen before
A prequel of the critically-acclaimed 2013 film 'The Conjuring', 'Annabelle' traces the story of the strange-looking Victorian doll.

John Gordon, played by actor Ward Horton, has found a perfect gift for his wife, Mia, played by Annabelle Wallis. A vintage doll, albeit slightly-creepy-looking doll, dressed in a white wedding dress. Is that all it is? Just a doll?

A prequel of the critically-acclaimed 2013 film 'The Conjuring', 'Annabelle' traces the story of the strange-looking Victorian doll.

Directed by John R Leonetti, the film is set in the '60s and follows the story of a young couple whose house had been invaded by a satanic cult.

Will 'Annabelle' be as bone-chilling as 'The Conjuring'? Prajakta Hebbar of IBNLive Movies is in the movie hall, hoping that the the creepy Victorian doll won't haunt her dreams.
