HYDERABAD: The Congress returned to power in the state in 2009 thanks to effective implementation of the Rs 108' emergency ambulance services and the Rajiv Arogyasri health scheme for the poor, Anjan Kumar Yadav, Congress MP from Secunderabad, has said.Yadav, who inaugurated the Apadbandhu Employees Welfare Association (108 and EMRI) at a function here on Sunday, said the state government would expand the `108' services to provide better medical services to poor people in the state.There were 802 emergency service vehicles in operation in the state, he said, adding that the fleet would be strengthened
