Bhupathi, Mirza make a Grand Slam pair

New Delhi: Indian tennis players Mahesh Bhupathi and Sania Mirza will team up for the mixed doubles at this year's French Open and Wimbledon.

Bhupathi had teamed up with Slovakian Daniela Hantuchova at last month's Australian Open and lost in the first round to the Serbian pair of Nenad Zimonjic and Jelena Jankovic.

Mirza lost to Japan's Aiko Nakamura in the second round of the singles at the Australian Open.

Mirza had earlier won a mixed doubles gold with Leander Paes at the Asian Games in Doha in December where Bhupathi was paired with second-ranked Shikha Uberoi.
