BANGALORE: Parliamentary affairs Minister S Suresh Kumar expressed his unhappiness over the conduct of Congress members in the Assembly for disrupting proceedings in the House on the issue of Speaker.“I am appalled at their conduct... and has gone against norms and established principles,” he told Express in an exclusive chat on Wednesday. “We have allowed the Opposition to have its say. Now the ruling party should be allowed to have its way. As a legislator and minister, I am saddened at the developments,” Kumar added. He added that people would develop a sense of disgust against politicians going by the behaviour of a few members in the Assembly. When asked if he was hopeful of resolving the deadlock to bring around the Opposition, the minister said: “I look forward with cautious optimism.”
