CM takes lesson on savings

PUDUCHERRY: Develop the habit of saving and invest in government-sponsored schemes, Chief Minister urged government employees on Sunday.The CM was speaking during the World Thrift Day celebrations, organised by the Department of Planning and Research.The employees should ensure that their savings are safe by depositing it with government agencies and not with private firms, Rangasamy said. The Health and Family Welfare Services topped the National Savings Scheme (NSC) collection for 2010-2011.
