KOCHI: The Coast Guard on Monday rescued four fishermen from a boat which wrecked after colliding with a dredger off Kochi.The fishing vessel FV Mother Fathima sunk after it collided with an anchor cable dredger Kamal XXXIII, which was at anchor in the vicinity of the Kochi Harbour.The Coast Guard was intimated of the incident by the port control of Cochin Port Trust.On receipt of the message, interceptor boat C144 Ex Beypore was deployed for the rescue operation. The fishing boat fully sank.
