Complaints pour in at Water Board MDs phone-in

HYDERABAD: Complaints of inadequate water supply, excess billing, water leakages and others poured in from Goshamahal, Moulali, Malakpet, Punjagutta, Addagutta, Kapra and Upperapally during the Dial Your Managing Director programme of the Hyderabad Metro Water Supply & Sewerage Board here on Saturday.Managing director Adhar Sinha assured to redress the complaints and instructed the general managers (E) concerned to attend to the complaints immediately. He asked them  to address the problems of pollution, leakages, repairs to hand and power borewells on top priority. He said special officers would be nominated to monitor water supply in summer. Earlier, Sinha reviewed the progress of works taken up under the 100 Days Action Plan. Director (projects) M.Satyanarayana, director (technical) S.P Sharma, CGMs and GMs participated.
