Delhi Nursery Guest Teachers Engagement 2018 Begins Today, Apply before 5th Feb 2018
The order of merit list is scheduled to be released by the DOE on 12th February 2018 and this engagement is only for the current session up to 31st March 2018.

Delhi Nursery Teachers Engagement 2018 has begun today on the official website of Directorate of Education, Delhi - edudel.nic.in. The DOE aims to appoint Nursery Guest Teachers in government schools across the state on ad-hoc and daily basis, until Nursery teachers are hired on a regular appointment. “As soon as a regular teacher joins the school, the Guest Teachers will be dis-engaged from that school, irrespective of his / her standing in the order of merit list initially drawn district-wise for the purpose of engagement,” read a statement by DOE.

 How to apply for Delhi Nursery Teachers Recruitment 2018?

Candidates need to visit the official website - http://www.edudel.nic.in and register themselves on or before 5th February 2018, 6PM.

The order of merit list is scheduled to be released by the DOE on 12th February 2018 and this engagement is only for the current session up to 31st March 2018.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The applicant must possess a Senior Secondary School Certificate – Class 12th with minimum 45%.
  2. The applicant must possess a Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme for a duration of minimum two years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized Institution.
  3. The applicant must have qualified Hindi as a subject at Secondary level.

 Age-Limit:

The applicant must by below 30 years of age as on 1st January 2018.

Remuneration:

The selected Nursery Guest Teachers will be eligible to receive ₹1000/- as daily remuneration. “The candidates so engaged shall not claim salary, allowances, leaves, facilities and other benefits accruing to the regular teachers. The candidates so engaged as Guest Teachers shall not file any court case regarding salary and regularization, etc.”, clarified the Directorate.

Selection Process:

“District-wise panel will be prepared on the basis of academic merit separately for each category of applicants namely SC/ST/OBC/Disabled persons and others.” stated the official notification.
