Delhi Police detains 400 bike riders near Shinde's residence

New Delhi: The police detained around 400 bike riders in the national capital after they reportedly got into an altercation with the police at pickets lined up near Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde's residence.

Many of them were not wearing helmets.

The boys were not arrested. The police will instead hand them over to their parents.
