Dharamveer Sharma was earlier arrested by the CBI for allegedly taking bribe and was released from jail on October 24.
New Delhi: A government employee, who had been arrested by CBI on the charge of taking bribe, allegedly committed suicide here. Dharamveer Sharma was found hanging in his daughter's residence in Dwarka. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Sharma was earlier arrested by CBI for allegedly taking bribe and he was released from jail on October 24. He has accused CBI of charging him falsely.
His family had claimed he tried to commit suicide earlier also, police said.
