Ne Delhi: Moderate Hurriyat Conference leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Thursday said the ongoing talks between India and Pakistan are good sign and more such engagements are needed to settle all issues pending for decades, including Kashmir.
"Recently the foreign ministers have met in Nepal, and now the foreign secretaries are going to meet. There might be another meeting between Modi and Sharif, so that is an encouraging sign," Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said.
Praising the ongoing development on Pathankot probe issue the Hurriyat leader said that Pakistan seem to be on the right track.
He also criticised the terror attacks saying they were deliberate attempts to stall the dialogues and engagement.
