BANGALORE: With the ongoing dispute between ISKCON Bangalore and ISKCON Mumbai over the Guru system, the ISKCON Bangalore, in a release, has clarified that the Supervisory Committee of ISKCON Mumbai is a veiled method of interfering with the day to day management of the temple which the High Court has restrained them from. Through the procedure as approved by the court of law, ISKCON Mumbai has to take de facto physical possession and not just walk in, it said.
Further, with the temple having several moveable assests, ISKCON Mumbai has to file an application before the High Court to get the decree drawn by the registry based on the judgement with that decree they have to file Order 21 Rule 35 of CPC for ISKCON Bangalore to deliver possession and they should file an execution petition before the Execution Court. With Madhu Pandit Das being a member of the ISKCON Bureau of Mumbai for over two decades, however, the proposal for resolution for Supervisory Committee was not circulated to him, the release stated .According to a statement in the release, ISKCON Bangalore has complained to the police that their possession has to be protected until they have clear direction from the court.
