Karunanidhi flays attack on Pawar

CHENNAI: DMK president M Karunanidhi on Friday condemned the attack on Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) president and Union Minister for Agriculture Sharad Pawar.“The condition of law and order prevailing in the headquarters was not good as the Union Minister himself was attacked while he was on his way to attend a public event,” he said. “The State is duty-bound to prevent any such incidents in future by taking adequate action against those indulging in such activities,” Karunanidhi said.
