Patna: Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav is a worried man nowadays. Lalu's day now begins with the inspection of a bungalow where he and his family will shift to after vacating No 1, Anne Marg, the official CM's residence.
The new government has served an eviction notice to his wife, ex Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi. 20th December is the deadline. And Lalu is going about trying to gain sympathy from all and sundry.
"Issi bich main ek chiti aur ayi, Rabri devi ke naam se, ki apko chetawani diya jata hai, ki aap uss ghar main Anne marg main by force gushi hui hai yeh kahi se bhi sobhaniye language nahi hai aur apko jabarjasti nikala jayega," said Lalu.
(A letter arrived the other day, addressed to my wife Rabri Devi, that accused us of occupying this house illegally and and warning us to vacate. This is no way for the present government to behave.)
"Hum samasya sarkar ko kahne nahi ja rahe hai.Mera pass 200 gaay hai, bachare hai, kutta hai, bilayi hai, bakri hai, ghora hai, hum log ka job hi establishment hai. Yahi hai," he added.

The incessant urge to encash on public sympathy?even on an issue as trivial as vacating a government bungalow?seems to be in the blood of Bihari politicians.
And now while Nitish Kumar believes its his right to move into the official chief minister's residence RJD leaders are trying to send out a message to the public that they are being harassed and targeted by the new government.
But for now, till the time Lalu moves out, the State Guest house will be the temporary residence of the CM apart from his small house in Patna.
The polls are over. Now the fight is over the house from where the affairs of the state were run for the past 15 years.
