Raghvendra Gautam was apprehended on Friday night on the complaint of the girl (14) that he had raped her on the night of October 8 and also threatened to kill her.
Indore: A 40-year-old man has been arrested from Bhagirathpura locality for allegedly raping his minor step-daughter, police said on Saturday.
Raghvendra Gautam was apprehended on Friday night on the complaint of the girl (14) that he had raped her on the night of October 8 and also threatened to kill her, said Banganga police station In-charge Yogendra Singh Tomar.
Police said the victim is a student of class VII. Gautam is booked under section 376 (punishment for rape) of Indian Penal Code (IPC), he said.
