Maharashtra police officer suspended for dancing with bar girls

Thane: Maharashtra Police suspended a police officer, who was caught dancing with bar girls while in uniform, after a video of his act went viral, officials said on Friday.

Umesh Patil, an assistant police inspector at the Kashimira Police station on Mira Road, was videographed at the illegal dance bar two weeks back.

A probe has also been ordered against him.
