BANGALORE: An unidentified man aged about 35 years died after he accidentally fell from a mango tree on the premises of Kumaraswamy temple in Hanumanthanagar.The incident came to light when some devotees came to the temple on Saturday morning. It is suspected that he might have fallen about two days back as the body was in a decomposed state.The Hanumanthanagar police, who have registered a case of unnatural death, said that the man had come to pluck mango leaves for Ugadi festival and he lost balance while climbing the tree and fell to his death.Further investigations are on, the police said.Housewife succumbs to burn woundsRoopa (21), a resident of Narayanapura near Peenya, succumbed to burn wounds at Victoria Hospital late on Friday night. She had sustained burns accidentally while cooking food at her house on January 19.The police said that she was married to Manjunath, a private factory worker, about four months ago. While she was preparing food on a kerosene pump stove, she accidentally caught fire and sustained severe burn wounds.
